Love, that´s our


Love for  wine, for the land where we were born and the reciprocal love of Pablo and Victoria, owners and founders of our company.

With our main brand "Pablo de Victoria", we wanted to make this  love eternal, producing the best wines, caring and  pampering our grapes from the strain.

In addition, what other  brand could symbolize all the meanings  that Spain and its fertile lands represent? and  we gave life to our brand "Queen of Spain", with fresh wines treated and grown just with  the rain water, the sun and the moon of the lands of Castile, which  have served as food for give us the fruit that represents our lives.

All our wines and spirits are Organic Certified by SOHISCERT, (SHC) approved by the European Union and  TTB Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau in the USA. Producing organically means respecting the rules on organic farming. These rules are designed to promote environment protection, maintain the biodiversity of Europe and build consumer trust in organic products. These regulations govern all areas of organic production and are based on a number of key principles, such as prohibition of the use of GMOsm forbidding the use of ionising radiation,limiting the use of artificial fertilisers, herbicides and pesticides prohibiting the use of hormones and restrict the use of antibiotics and only when necessary for animal health.


We just elaborate wines with a single grape varietal avoiding blends. We want to keep the essence of the wines, growing and treating our grapes with uttermost care, respecting natural processes as well as the environment.

Perfect with Lamb Tagine (with fresh dates and cinnamon), braised lamb shank or with braised veal cheeks with potatoes and red cabbage as a side dish.) Manchego cheese, serrano ham and spanish tapas.

This Limited Anniversary Edition (21944 bottles) is made from Cencibel (Tempranillo). The grapes are carefully selected from 40 year-old vines. Brilliant ruby red in color. The bouquet of intense toasted spices, especially cloves and cinnamon; paired with delicate aromas of chocolate and ripe, dark berries. On the palate, these same characters carry through and the wine is juicy and fruity with ripe, well-integrated tannins, a medium body and a long velvety sweet spice finish.

This is a moment for BBQ pork. Because of its boldness in flavor, Syrah will hold its own with the magnificence of a rack of smoother ribs.Asian cuisine flavors, pepper and cumin will also bring out the wine’s character.

Intense cherry color with violet tones. Very ripe black fruit aromas with a light touch of raspberry and vanilla. Frank of flavor, of great fineness and outstanding harmony between its components. Cared selection of the finest organic Syrah grapes, matured in French oak barrels.

Yellow with golden tones. Aromatic and complex intensity sample of several scents that remind us of mint, cilantro, fresh basil with soft tones that evoke a touch similar to that of tangerine peels. ​Fruity, round with light frutal integrations that reveal papaya and passion fruit tastes, surrounded by a strong component of texture.

Pairs with Cheese (especially goat cheese), Green vegetables (asparagus, zucchini, fresh peas, artichokes), Oysters, Delicate fish like sole, Fresh herbs, Mild viniagrettes, Dishes with tangy dairy ingredients,,Herbal, briny sauces.

Pairs with  salads,  pasta and ricedishes, especially with seafood, raw and lightly cooked shellfish and grilled fish and cheeses.

Light cherry red and bright. Deep and intense, predominantly red fruits on top of a spicy background that intensifies as the wine oxigenates. ​Persistent and enjoyable on the palate. Fruit and spice aftertaste.

It pairs with Lasagna, pizza and dishes with tomato-based sauces. Barbecue grilled-meats, smoky dishes.Grits, polenta, and dishes with corn as a major  ingredient .Mexican food such as tacos, nachos, burritos, and chile rellenos. Serrano ham and Manchego Cheese and spanish tapas.

Tempranillo, our native grape, is perfectly adapted to our soil. Vineyards located on a clay and ferrous soil , with a high matured vineyard. Its cultivation is respectful with the environment. Ruby with violet tones, bright and clean, Intense aromas of cassis combined with blackcurrant. Palate: notes of licorice and blackcurrant with a balanced fresh finish. Persistent berry fruit bouquet. Good acidity with a varietal character very "Tempranillo".
